Not gonna lie, I've listened to this album more than 100 times in the past 6 months (early 2021). Pretty much have in on repeat all the time. Very rarely do I encounter an production that resonates so well with me. I love the "album listening experience". The overdrive tones and studio production are next level. Post-punk vibes are insane. Love the wailing vibrato. I'm not big on the singing, but the juxtaposition over the heavy soundscape is classic. Taker is a great track. Highly recommend. adam_z
One of the leading albums to come out of the shitstorm that is 2020. Got me through some tough times. The lyrics are some of my favourites of Nothing. Absolute 12/10 ✨ Pipps

This late ’90s shoegaze record gets a full remaster on the advent of its 25th anniversary, its woozy melodies brighter than ever. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 26, 2021
L.A. doomgazers Iress call up a storm on their latest; silky vocals become screams, and golden guitar atmospherics turn heavy and dark. Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 11, 2020
They come right out of the gate with the first three tracks. I love this album and it headbanger qualities. Changing Lanes is a nice stripped down song in the center of the tracklist and slows it all down before the record gradually picks up speed again.
The closing song is one of their best ballads/songs. The cello and tone sends me straight back to the 90's.
Staying on par with the previous record was a tough act to follow and they managed it flawlessly in my opinion. stargazing robot
